Studio Policies
Late Policy
To ensure safety and a smooth class experience, you are required to arrive no later than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time. Late arrivals will be considered a cancellation, and your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist. A “late cancel penalty fee” (detailed below) will also apply. Late clients will not be admitted to avoid disruption and ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment.
Class Cancellations
You can cancel your reservation without a “late cancel penalty fee” up to 12 hours before the class starts. To cancel, use your online account or call the studio during normal business hours. Cancellations via Instagram, social media, voicemail, or text will not be accepted, and you will be charged.
Payment Summary
Memberships are billed in advance and auto-charged monthly. Memberships are non-transferable and require a current credit card on file. Payment failures may result in suspension of your account until dues are settled. By purchasing a package, you agree to all auto-pay terms listed herein.
Reserving Classes
Clients are responsible for booking and canceling their own classes via their online account, our mobile app, or by contacting the studio during business hours.
Conduct
We prioritize safety, respect, and community. Any threatening, abusive, or unsafe behavior may result in suspension or termination of your membership without refund. Damage to studio property due to negligence or misuse will be the member’s responsibility.
Waitlist
If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. If a spot opens up more than 12 hours before class, you may be automatically added. Within 12 hours, verbal or text confirmation is required. It’s your responsibility to manage waitlist notifications and cancellations accordingly.
Late Cancel Fees
Cancelling within 12 hours of a class will result in a $25 late cancel fee. If no card is on file, the class credit may be forfeited.
No-Show Fees
Failure to attend a scheduled class without canceling will result in a $45 no-show fee. If no valid card is on file, the class credit may be forfeited.
Membership Cancellation
To cancel your membership, email info@tolucalakepilates.com at least 7 days before your billing date. Late cancellations will incur charges for the next billing cycle. Outstanding balances must be paid in full before cancellations are processed.
